Sadhana

Sadhana (from sadh to go straight to a goal, to attain a goal (also indirectly, sidh: to be accomplished, to be fulfilled) – discipline, worship, practice, method. Sadhana connotes the successful achievement of one’s goal, so that anything which further that goal, can be considered sadhana.

Also translated sometimes as practice, methodology.
